The Story of Siya Mukhi Dairy: A Farmer’s Journey

My name is Radha Raman Jha, and my story begins in a small village called Mehath. Born into a modest family, my life was rooted in simplicity and agriculture. Before 2009, I worked as a driver in Delhi, living a fast-paced, busy life. However, I always dreamt of returning to my village, serving my parents, and doing something meaningful for my community.
The Decision to Return
In 2009, I decided to leave my job and return to my village. Upon returning, I noticed a recurring problem: the lack of access to pure, high-quality milk. People in the village struggled daily to find genuine milk. This inspired me to take the first step toward solving this issue by purchasing a cow.
The First Cow and Initial Challenges
I bought my first cow in 2009, a beautiful animal with a small calf by her side. It was a new and challenging experience for me. Caring for the cow, understanding the process of milking, and figuring out how to distribute the milk came with its share of difficulties. But with God’s grace, I overcame these hurdles. Soon, my cow gave birth to a heifer, and I realized that I had more milk than my family needed. This surplus inspired me to think bigger.
The Birth of Siya Mukhi Dairy
In October 2009, I started a small dairy business and named it "Siya Mukhi Dairy." It began with just one cow, but as time went on, the number of cows grew, and so did the milk production. My goal was not just to produce milk but to ensure that people in my village had access to pure, high-quality dairy products.
Today’s Success and Vision
As of January 15, 2025, Siya Mukhi Dairy has grown to house nearly 200 cows. What started as a small initiative has now become a thriving business providing fresh milk and high-quality dairy products. Over time, I expanded into making pure desi ghee, ensuring that families have access to nutritious and authentic products.
The mission of Siya Mukhi Dairy is not just to meet the demand for milk but to set a standard for quality and trust. I believe that good health begins with consuming pure and wholesome food, and I am committed to delivering just that.
From Farmer to Entrepreneur
This journey has taught me that every obstacle has a solution. Financial challenges, lack of resources, and societal doubts couldn’t stop me from pursuing my dream. Today, I am proud of what I have achieved, but I know there is still a long way to go. My vision is to make Siya Mukhi Dairy a name synonymous with purity and reliability.

I am still deeply connected to my roots. I serve my parents and take immense pride in my work. My journey from being a farmer to an entrepreneur has been humbling and fulfilling. My goal remains to bring positive change to my community by providing fresh, healthy dairy products.
